Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the company called Bloomjour?
Bloomjour was inspired by Montreal's bilingualism where it's common to greet people with ''Bonjour''. We replaced it with ''Bloomjour'' by wishing people a ''blooming day''.
Where do your flowers come from?
We source unique, fresh and in-season flowers by many suppliers.
Why do your flowers last longer than my local florist?
Compared to a flower shop who receives, arranges and sells bouquets often within 48-72 hours, we receive and pack our flowers within 24 hours. By keeping them cold until you unpack them, we ensure their freshness to last for 2-3 times longer than local flower shops.
How does shipping work and what areas do you cover?
Our prices include shipping and we cover the islands of Montreal and Laval.
How do you subscriptions work?
You simply pick the size and frequency of your flower bouquet and we do the rest. Ahead of the delivery, we ensure that someone is home to welcome them.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept accept most credit cards issued from Canadian financial institutions, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal.
